Save space and time with the 360 Strength 3-in-1 Timber Plyometric Box. The box, dependent on which side you face it, allows three different heights (20”, 24” and 30”), depending on the athlete or exercise selection.
Plyometric boxes are ideal for improving your performance in sport. Especially great for increasing your speed, quickness and power, the Plyometrics use explosive, fast-acting movements to develop muscular power and to improve overall speed.
There is no setting up and all you have to do to adjust the height is to flip the box. Constructed out of durable 2cm thick plywood with bevelled edges and with 4cm solid screws, the jump box is also internally braced for maximum strength.
